The aim of the workshop is for attendees to understand the ‘OK Corral’ and how their sense of being ‘OK’, or ‘not OK’ affects them, their communication and their behaviour. By the end of the workshop, attendees will have greater self-awareness, understand what supports them to feel ‘OK’ and have easier interactions with others.

This workshop offers information and techniques to help families get along better and communicate more effectively. The aim of the workshop is to enable family members to understand the causes of difficult communication and find ways through when communication breaks down. By the end of the workshop, family members will have greater self-awareness, be better able to empathise with each other and communicate more effectively.
The workshop is particularly helpful for families going through challenging times, for example during relationship endings/divorce, becoming separate co-parenting units and bringing blended families together.
